From Italy to France

Featuring violinist LeeAnne Chenoweth, cellist Alice (Jeong-A) Lee, pianist Heejung Kang. Our instrumentalists will perform music of the great French composers Debussy, Ravel and Respighi, plus lesser known composer Philippe Gaubert, popular in his time; 1920s-1940s. Our guest artist, flutist Karen Bentel will join us performing a trio by Philippe Gaubert, who was a leading flutist in Paris, performing in the Paris Opera Orchestra and late becoming conductor, as well as an award winning composer. Our tenor Sergio Cepeda and soprano Youna Hartgraves will sing their favorite songs of France and Italy, including popular Neapolitan songs.

The hour long concert is followed by a post-concert party with pianist Simon Petty, who takes your requests. Table seating for 2 or up to 12. Ticket buyers with earliest purchase date are seated in the front. Complimentary bites/soft drinks/wine. BYOB allowed but bottle must be left with bartender for pouring, per Hickman rules.
