Classical Music in the Movies

July 18 @ 8:00 pm

Featuring violinists LeeAnne Chenoweth and Keyreel Raskolenko, cellist Alice (Jeong-A) Lee, pianist Heejung, tenor Sergio Cepeda and soprano Youna Hartgraves. We are searching the movies for great classical music moments! From scenes in the 1994 movie about Beethoven’s life, “Immortal Beloved,” to movies that include Schubert, Rachmaninov, and even Irish jig scenes from “Titanic!” There will also be a couple of more contemporary composers featured, such as Rolf Lovland (“The Secret Garden”) and Ennio Morricone. Our vocalists will sing works of Puccini and Neapolitan songs. Enjoy an hour of great music, and we hope to meet you after the concert!

We provide complimentary wine/soft drinks/snacks. There are only 80 seats at this location, so don’t delay getting your tickets! It is an intimate recital-style seating venue. Please stay and mingle after the concert!
